Enquiries & Delivery

If you would like to make an enquiry about an item on our site, please send us an email to and we will aim to respond within 24 hours. Should you wish to purchase an item, we will send you an email invoice with our payment details. Payment can be made either via bank transfer or through PAYPAL. Once payment has been received we will email you a receipt and dispatch your order within approximately 5 working days. 

For smaller items, prices include UK delivery, and will be sent either via Royal Mail or Hermes. Delivery should take from 2-5 days from the date of dispatch, however this may take longer for areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. If your item isn't received within 7 working days of dispatch, please send us an email and we'll endeavour to resolve any delivery problems!

All larger or fragile items such as furniture and mirrors are collection only. We do offer a free delivery service within a 3 mile radius of the workshop in South West London. We can deliver to other London locations at a charge, or help to arrange courier for delivery locations further afield. Please get in touch with us by email ( ) where we can provide you with a quote. Deliveries by us can be arranged for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us by email ( within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with an exchange where possible, or full refund, upon return of the item.  If a product arrives faulty, we will endeavour to replace, repair, exchange or offer a full refund. Returns are your responsibility and cost, please securely package the product and where possible, return the item in its original packaging including your name, address and order number.
