Delivery and Collection

Courier delivery:
Delivery is available for all furniture and decorative items on our website. Depending on the size and fragility of the piece, the delivery cost will be between £40-£80. The price will be calculated for you at the checkout, so please take note of this prior to purchase. Once we have received your order, we will arrange a suitable courier and aim for your item to be delivered to you within a week. We will of course keep you updated along the way too!

Postal delivery:
After placing your order with Winter Bear Home, we will send you an order email detailing your purchase. You will also receive a confirmation of payment from PAYPAL. We will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of your order being placed, and we will send you an email to let you know when it’s on it’s way.

Delivery will come via Royal Mail or Hermes and should take from 3-5 days from the date of dispatch, however this may take longer for areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. If your item isn't received within 7 working days of dispatch, please send us an email and we'll endeavour to resolve any delivery problems.

If you would like to track your parcel, you can do so with your delivery reference number at either Royal Mail or My Hermes.

In Store Collection:
If you would prefer to collect your online purchase directly from our Wimbledon store, just select ‘Pickup’ under the order options section at the checkout. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll get in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for collection and have your purchase ready and waiting for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us by email within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide you with an exchange or full refund.  If a product arrives faulty, we will endeavour to replace, repair, exchange or offer a full refund. The refund will come through PAYPAL and you will receive a confirmation email detailing this. Returns are your responsibility and cost, please securely package the product and where possible, return the item in its original packaging including your name, address and order number.
