Delivery

Prices for our small products are inclusive of delivery, this excludes items such as furniture and mirrors. Details can be found on each product description.

After placing your order with Winter Bear Home, we will send you an order email detailing your purchase. You will also receive a confirmation of payment from PAYPAL. We will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days of your order being placed, and we will send you an email to let you know when it’s on it’s way.

Delivery will come via Royal Mail or Hermes and should take from 3-5 days from the date of dispatch, however this may take longer for areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man. If your item isn't received within 7 working days of dispatch, please send us an email and we'll endeavour to resolve any delivery problems.

If you would like to track your parcel, you can do so with your delivery reference number at either Royal Mail or My Hermes.

For large or fragile items such as furniture and mirrors, we offer a free delivery service within a 5 mile radius of our shop in Cobham, Surrey. For locations outside of this area, we ask you to please collect from the shop, or we can help to arrange a courier. Please get in touch with us by email prior to purchase if you require courier assistance. Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to Europe and the rest of the world.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch with us by email within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide you with an exchange or full refund.  If a product arrives faulty, we will endeavour to replace, repair, exchange or offer a full refund. The refund will come through PAYPAL and you will receive a confirmation email detailing this. Returns are your responsibility and cost, please securely package the product and where possible, return the item in its original packaging including your name, address and order number.
